As a reactive maintenance contractor for Marston’s PLC, a speedy and swift response is very important.
When we were informed that Marston’s were introducing a brand new survey system which would give the pub employees and managers the chance to rate our performance, we were excited to hear what feedback our services would receive. The survey requires the pub staff to give their opinion on our overall approach and work standard, following it up with a ‘feedback rating’ out of 5.
