Community

Main-Pro employees are involved in fundraising for the local community as well as for National Charities.

Recent events have included a Charity Fun Day raising funds for the MPS Society which supports children and families affected by rare genetic disorders and a Halloween fancy dress party raising funds for the local junior cricket team.

We also provide sponsorship for trophies for the local cricket team and are currently providing labour to assist in much needed refurbishment of their changing rooms.

Main-Pro is committed to providing the highest standard of service emphasising quality of work and reliability of service to our customers.

We recognise the importance of ensuring Health and Safety and welfare in the operation of our activities. We currently have Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) accreditation and Safe Contractor recognition. All our staff are provided with comprehensive and regular training and instruction.

We are committed to providing our customers with a professional service and recognise the importance of customer satisfaction and the need to provide the right service for individual requirements. All our works are backed by either Customer Confirmation notes or Completion Certificates and Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires are sent out and acted upon. Our dedicated managers ensure works are carried out to timescales and to the highest standards.
